720: USB: New builder API r=Dirbaio a=Dirbaio

    usb: improved descriptor building API

The same API call allocates interfaces/endpoints/etc and writes their descriptors.
This means less API calls, and less possibility to screw things up.

    DescriptorWriter is now private.
