Dario Nieuwenhuis 054ca17f66 Switch from probe-run to probe-rs-cli. - probe-run screwed up the last release 2 weeks ago and it's still not fixed (issue 391). Bootloader for RP2040

The bootloader uses embassy-boot to interact with the flash.

Usage

Flashing the bootloader

cargo flash --release --chip RP2040

To debug, use cargo run and enable the debug feature flag

cargo run --release --features debug
