fix embedded-sdmmc integration.

- Rename feature to `embedded-sdmmc`.
- Move embedded-sdmmc fork repo to the embassy-rs org.
- Remove unused features in the fork
- Fix impl in embassy-stm32
- Add to CI so it doesn't break again.
